I gave this one a whirl yesterday and yet again, was not worried going into it. I caught wind of REKS awhile ago and upon first listen was impressed. Things haven’t changed. REKS has been on a consistent roll with the releases and this one, IMO, is just another to add to what is has already and still becoming a great track listing and discography to offer the listener. Having been born in the 80’s I remember the beauty of Hip-Hop because it had variety of style, the ability to capture a listener and transport them, heart, truth, a sense of reporting current events to those outside of the media shouts and overall. A message. Whether comical or serious, it had a message. This is exactly that. Something to enlighten the listener no matter where they grew up but more so a message to humanity itself. This remix provided by The Audible Doctor makes for a perfect landscape for this song and I highly suggest adding a couple repeat sessions on this one, to your mental. That being said, please enjoy.
