Welcome to the world of Josh Dominguez.
Independent artist Josh Dominguez has released his final music video for “All Night,” his last single from his debut EP, The Current.
Produced by veteran SoCal artist, Ariano and released on his Popular Nobody imprint, “All Night” is another chapter in the collection of stories The Current presents about the meaningful relationships that Dominguez has had while he was just starting to find himself and understand who he was.
The video for “All Night” is stylized to be presented more like a short film than a straight music video, allowing Dominguez to tap into his extensive acting chops and combine them with his musical prowess. Directed by longtime friend, Almog Antonir, the video is a one-shot, one-take live action feed where every piece of movement had to have purpose. Antonir, along with Kyle Pham on sound and Ben Fischinger as the Director of Photography, had to deftly navigate their surroundings to get every moody shot.
Dominguez’s intention for the video was to give his audience something deeply personal which lead him to recreate a past experience, something simple yet subtly intense and intimate. From the sultry mood of the song to the velvety lighting used throughout, Dominguez and his costar, Kaylah Pantaleon, and the crew create a piece that feels truly authentic
