Willie The Kid & Bronze Nazareth have collaborated on a musical effort of grandiose proportions. Appropriately entitled ‘The Living Daylights’ the 13-track LP is containing the earthy and whimsical sound of Bronze’s production and the colorfully complex wizardry of Willie The Kid’s literary prose and includes stand-out features from Roc Marciano, Sean Price, Boldy James and more. The collaboration is seemingly long over due as both Willie The Kid and Bronze Nazareth are natives of Grand Rapids, MI (the second largest city in the state). Stream the album below!
Free Mp3: Dezert Eez “Figure 4” feat. Bronze Nazareth & Dagga Man
Dezert Eez keeps it gritty on their latest single, “Figure 4” featuring fellow Wu-Tang affiliate and Almighty member Bronze Nazareth and Dagga Man. The Detroit trio consisting of 5-Star, O’Nill and Nivek, send rap heads through a lyrical guillotine on this rugged bonus cut from the re-release of their esteemed debut album, Ghettoboxx.
After gaining a following with the release of their debut mixtape, The Realness (2006), Dezert Eez member 5-Star joined forces with Killah Priest, Bronze Nazareth, C-Rayz Walz, and the legendary DJ S-1 of the Rocksteady Crew, to release the Wu-Tang affiliated album, Almighty Original Sin. Dezert Eez went on to perform around the country with Wu-Tang Clan, Keith Murray, Kool Keith, and Dead Prez. The group has since released the impactful mixtape, Call Of Duty, which features revered guest spots from Nas, Raekwon, Killah Priest, and La The Darkman, as well as the mixtape We Own The Summer featuring One.Be.Lo, Mike Posner, and Mos Def.
After praise for the limited release of their debut, Ghettoboxx, N-Cendiary Entertainment Group has given the fans what they’ve asked for. Ghettoboxx will be officially re-released worldwide on May 1, 2012. The album features guest appearances from Game and Killah Priest, as well as production by Bronze Nazareth and Krohme.
Free Mp3: Bronze Nazareth feat. RZA – “Fresh From The Morgue”
iHipHop Distribution is proud to announce the release of Bronze Nazareth’s sophomore album, School For The Blindman. Thought of as Detroit’s counterpart to Wu-Tang Clan leader RZA, Bronze has moved beyond the boundaries of a producer and proven himself as a lyricist through his performances on The Great Migration (2006), Wisemen Approaching (2007) and Children Of A Lesser God (2010). Heralded as a super-producer for his work on Wu-Tang Meets The Indie Culture, Vol. 1, Bronze has remained integral to the Clan’s sound for the past decade. With appearances on seminal Wu-Tang Clan projects ranging from RZA’s Birth Of A Prince to Raekwon’s Shaolin vs. Wu-Tang, Bronze has established himself as a purveyor of the gritty sound that defines the Clan’s sound. Don’t be fooled; despite studying under the tutelage of RZA, Bronze’s style is all his own, with rhymes to match. “If anyone’s going to be the figurehead for the sprawling second and third waves of Wu-Tang Clan affiliates” writes Daniel Levin Becker of Dusted Magazine, “it might as well be Detroit’s Bronze Nazareth.”
With production handled almost entirely by Bronze himself, School For The Blindman is a necessity for any Wu-Tang fan, with guest appearances from RZA, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa, Canibus, Killah Priest, Willie The Kid, and The Wisemen.
School For The Blindman drops September 13th on iHipHop Distribution.
