i know this may come as a surpise to most of yall… but i actually do like The Game..and i`m not afraid to say it ;-)… on that note..i just wanna touch on something that has always bothered me about the underground hip hop scene: alot of underground heads r just so damn narrow minded! i admit, i used to be like that too, but i began to understand that good music is good music, no matter if it sells 5 or 5 million records! And if you wanna bring up the substance in rap songs… well.. may i remind u of dillas line: “we them boys with the chains round our necks..every 5 minutes we untanglin them” see..it really comes down to originality and makin a dope song, and it doesnt always have to be deep. just admit it, you like to party too!! but dont worry now, i`m not gonna start puttin up souljah boy on here..lol… i said: ITS ABOUT ORIGINALITY..and QUALITY! ok anyway, glad i got that off my chest ;-)… now… without any prejudgement..enjoy..
btw..yes he is rappin over the Jay Electronica beat for 20 minutes..and i love it!
