Today we have a new, theatrical visual from Chicagoland duo Jesse Hall & Tre Da GOAT who go by 3LGxABE5000 which stands for “Leaders Living Loud in Another Black Experience in the new Millennium”. “Big Lick” is the lead single off of the pair’s upcoming project Enter the Woods which is slated for a second quarter release date. Here we find the duo taking a page out of Freddie Gibbs’ calm and collected hustle soliliquies as they ruminate over the hustle and what it takes to make it amongst some of the best talent in the country.
The Video was directed and shot by Roger Tino Morales A.K.A Aykid Shots who recently shot the Jugrnaut Purple Label cypher that dropped earlier this week. The story behind the “Big Lick” derived from the idea of Jesse and Tre’s location due west of Chicago. Since “The Mothership” is connected to the West Chicagoland suburbs, the duo felt as though they had to sneak through the back door of the rap game just to deliver this message. The “Big Lick” is Jesse & Tre’s self-described golden ticket and acts as a continuance of the type of music that has come to be expected from the Midwest. And easily recognizable step out performance, we’d appreciate you taking a minute to check out the video at the link above and any posts or shares are much appreciated.
