Born in Los Angeles on April 27, 1987 and raised in California, TaLea Monet aka Ms. Incredible is a nomadic story-teller who has been rhyming since she can remember. Currently residing in the San Francisco Bay Area. Ms. Incredible is a dynamic artist, MC, wife and mother. She is extremely passionate and lyrical, with content to inspire, motivate, tell stories and entertain.

In 2014, she released her first mixtape entitled ‘Birth of a New Breed’, which was not only an amazing work of art, but also promoted unity and harmony within the family structure. Her track, “Never Meant to Hurt You”, was super creative in that it was a love song to herself, in which she implies that in order to love others, she must first love herself. In the song, “Birth of a New Breed”, she talks about creation and the agony of birth pains and contractions with the ups and downs of life in an ingenious display of lyrical prowess.

Now the US female emcee, drops her first single “Recollecting Recollections” from her forthcoming album ‘The Wounded Healer’, Produced by UK beatmaker, SVNTY6, this is a smooth, soulful track, showcasing Ms. Incredible’s wisdom and lyricism. She has actually has already released more songs since contacting us and I’ve had a listen to everything on her soundcloud now, so if you are like me, and you appreciate good female mc’s then she’s worth a listen.
